Get to Know Your Presenters

Principal Attorney, Owner, Strohschein Law Group, LLC.

Linda M. Strohschein, CELA

In practice since 1996, Linda began her career handling Probate Litigation, which made her realize properly drafted estate planning documents could help avoid conflicts later. That knowledge, coupled with additional experience in estate planning, led Linda to open Strohschein Law Group in 2004. Linda is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, one of only 17 in the state of Illinois. Linda is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and serves as the Treasurer of the Illinois chapter. She attended George Mason University and The John Marshall Law School.

Director of Legal Education

Jim Wolverton, J.D.

As the Director of Legal Education, Jim is responsible for creating, curating, and promoting educational content related to the estate planning and elder law industry. Jim has several years of experience educating attorneys and helping them easily implement elder law tools into their practice. Since the dynamic of the elder law industry is constantly changing and the need for more elder law attorneys continues to grow, Jim is driven to use his knowledge and passion to educate attorneys. Jim is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) as well as the Colorado, Utah, and Florida Bar Associations (inactive).

Senior Relationship Manager

Aaron Kempen

As a Senior Relationship Manager, Aaron’s main priority is to help new and prospective attorneys find a streamlined solution for their long-term care planning cases. Aaron has several years of experience working with estate planning and elder law attorneys and helping them utilize Medicaid Compliant Annuities as well as our other products and services to benefit their clients. Training is at the core of Aaron’s role, and he has a keen ability to explain complex strategies in a way that is easy to understand. He is passionate about helping people and witnessing their progress firsthand.
